Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary legal authority (e.g., Power of Attorney) to upload and process your client data ("Service Data") and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, infringe on any third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of the Service.
We own all rights to the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your Service Data, but grant us a limited license to operate and provide the Service to you.
Both parties agree to protect the other's non-public information, including your Service Data and our proprietary technology.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your Service Data.
